All of Project DAP® products are made-to-order and we will start on your order within 24 hours of receiving payment. Any customization needs to be decided on before purchasing-just send us a message and we can discuss what you are wanting!

We'll work closely with you to make sure we understand completely your idea and will send you a final "proof" of design/your idea before production is started.

After purchasing and payment are received, we will be unable to change what we decided upon.

Colors do show up differently on different computer/phone screens, so we cannot be sure of how colors show up on your screens, so colors may look slightly different in person than on the screen.

Project DAP® vary in size by design, so please pay close attention to the size of your order in the descriptions. All listed dimensions are approximate,

All Project DAP® products are packaged carefully for shipping. Please take care of unboxing your order when you receive it.

If your order is framed sign, it is secured by framing nails, glue and tested for durability. Please do not hold a sign by the frame or pull it at the frame.

If your product is designed to be outdoors, to preserve quality try to keep it from direct sun or rain for long periods of time.

Please handle your product with clean and dry hands.

Coir is the fiber in the outer husk of a coconut. It’s naturally biodegradable, compostable, and mold- and mildew-resistant. If you like the look and sustainability of natural fibers DAP® doormats are perfect.

All doormats are custom and are final, no exchanges or refunds for a finished purchased product.

All shipping and process times are listed within the item descriptions. We will let you know when you sign has shipped and include a shipping/tracking number.

We cannot guarantee the arrival times. Once they take the package it is literally out of our hands.

We will do our best to stick to the listed processing times. Life does happen, and if it does, someone from Project DAP® or our processing partners will contact you if there will be a delay. Please let us know up-front if your order is for a gift and has a set date. This ensures we know that your order needs to be a priority. Having said that, if you need your order for an occasion please plan and order as much ahead of time as possible to make sure it makes it in time!
